Welcome to Yale Public Schools Maintenance and Grounds. Providing a safe, clean, and functional learning environment for the students, staff and visitors of Yale Public Schools is our main objective. Our department takes great pride in maintaining the facilities that are provided and supported by our generous community.
Yale Public School District covers 150 square miles in Saint Clair and Sanilac counties with 175.5 acres of campuses. The facilities consist of three elementary buildings, a high school, a junior high school, a central office, a transportation center with an operations building, and numerous athletic facilities. Our combined maintenance and custodial staff maintain 363,000 square feet of building space to meet the needs of over 1900 students and 200 staff members.
